It’s interesting for 2 reasons:
It goes to show that you do have to be careful about what kind of catnip spray you get, because it may not always have the potency and freshness that actual fresh catnip leaves do. She wasn’t impressed with the spray, nor the price, nor were the cats themselves.
The other interesting thing is that I knew the mall she was referring to! It’s a pretty big mall in Kuala Lumpur with a large sphinx-lion out in front. We spent a couple weeks in Malaysia previously and stayed a few days in a hotel near there. Not only is Sunway Pyramid a mall, but there’s an amusement park / aqua park type center that’s part of the complex. There’s also a hockey rink in the mall, which is something that might be slightly surprising in balmy Kuala Lumpur…
